1cwn susu pekat
1cwn gula halus
1cwn myk masak
2bj telor
1 sdt serbuk penaik
1 sdt soda bikarbonat
Pukul telor + myk + susu+ gula hingga sebati. Masukkan tepung.y dah
diayak bersama srbuk penaik & soda bikarbonat. Dlm bekas lain bancuh
serbuk koko+air panas. Masukkan dlm adunan tepung, kacau sebati. Bahagi
4 bekas, kukus hingga masak.
DARK & WHITE CHOC FILLING
dark & whitr choc compound
150 gm butter
70gm gula halus
2bj kuning telor
250 fresh cream
Mulakan dgn dark choc filling dulu, lepastu br buat white choc filling pulak...buat 1 1
cairkan coklat kaedah double boiler. Putar fresh cream hingga kembang.
Dlm bekas lain putar butter+gula+telur kuning hingga kembang. Last,
masukkan fresh krim dan coklat y dicairkan. Simpan dlm peti aiss, sy
buat sehari awal.
GANACHE COKLAT
300gm dark choc compound
300gm fresh cream
25gm butter
Cairkan choc kaedah double boiler
Dah cair masukkan fresh cream & butter. Gaul sebati.
STEP UTK MELAPIS..
potong kek 2 bahagian, jadikan 2 lapis...
